HOW IT WORKS..

Book a free 20-minute consultation where you can express your aims and objectives about your therapy and ask questions about the way you want to work with me.

STEP 1 - FREE CONSULTATION

If you think I am a good fit for your counselling journey, I will email you the necessary paperwork for completion prior to the first counselling session.

STEP 2 - COUNSELLING AGREEMENT

STEP 3 - FIRST SESSION

We will meet over the Zoom platform and explore all the issues and concerns you have brought to counselling. We will work in collaboration and explore solutions together.

STEP 4 - ONGOING SUPPORT

I offer short-term and long-term counselling, but you decide on the frequency to suit your lifestyle. Sessions take place over Zoom and are for a 50 minute duration.

I am a qualified BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist working online throughout the UK. I work pluralistically by drawing on different elements of psychology to find the best way of addressing client issues. At the heart of good therapeutic outcomes is a respectful, collaborative client-therapist relationship. This type of relationship underpins pluralistic therapy and is ideally suited to most client’s needs and wants.
